They Started Beating Him From 6pm Till He Died At 10am The Next Day They Shaved His Hair- Source.

As reported by The Punch News, the source from the university said, “They started beating him from 6 p.m. until he died at about 10 a.m. the next day.

The incident happened at ‘Shepherd Inn’. It’s like a lodge or a hostel now. They also shaved the hair of the guy before beating him.

The university spokesperson, Femi Atoyebi, said, “What actually happened is that the deceased was alleged to have stolen a mobile telephone, but instead of reporting the issue to the university management, the expelled students could not control their emotions.

Their actions led to the unfortunate death of the student. The university has taken swift action by handing over all the students involved to the Nigeria Police Force for investigation, with the assurance that justice will be served

The White Death, the deadliest sniper who ever lived, 1939-1940. Simo Häyhä was a Finnish farmer who took part in hunting and target practice from a young age. In 1939, the Soviet Union invaded Finland.  It began the Winter War or the Russo-Finnish War, and a young Simo Häyhä answered the patriotic call by joining the Finnish army to defend his homeland.  Häyhä's home was also close to the border with Russia, which further fuelled his drive to defend his country. Häyhä demonstrated incredible marksman abilities. He could fire 16 rounds per minute while hitting his target.  This was exceptional as his rifle was the bolt action SAKO M/28-30, a Finnish version of the Russian Mosin Nagant.  This rifle only took five bullets using stripper clips. On the 31st January 1941, in Oslo, Norway, Reichsführer-SS Himmler accepted the oath of the first group of Norwegian enlistees in the Waffen-SS. During World War 2 numerous Norwegian volunteers served within the ranks of the German Wehrmacht. Prior to 1940, there were few such volunteers, but after the invasion, their numbers increased dramatically totaling around 50,000 by wars end.  Nowhere did Norwegians serve in greater numbers than in the ranks of the Waffen-SS, but equal mention should also be made of those who served in the Kriegsmarine, Luftwaffe, Heer and in the various auxiliary forces such as Organization Todt and even the Reichsarbeitdients. Norway was invaded by Germany on April 9, 1940. Born Vera Maria Rosenberg in Bucharest, Romania, Vera went to London with her parents in 1933, where she adopted her mother's last name.  She studied modern languages at the Sorbonne and went to finishing school at Lausanne.
